us, we think it is a good idea to get your shipping
information as well ?
What are the steps of ordering products?
1. Step 1: Your order has been successfully submitted.
Your credit card has not been charged.
2. Step 2: Verification has been completed. Your
credit card has not been charged.
3. Step 3: Your credit card has been successfully
charged.
Within 2-15 minutes, an email confirmation your
order is sent out please be sure to add deadlydeal.com
to your “safe sender” list and out
of the SPAM box.

DeadlyDeal RMA Policy
Our return policy is structured so that we can
continue to offer you the lowest price on name
brand items (please keep this in mind).
As all of our products are covered by a manufacture
warranty, the easy way out for us would be to
have you contact them directly. Though we do understand
the lengthy process, and know this answer will
not make you happy. That said, you are welcome
to use our RMA process for all returns. Please
note the Terms and Conditions below for all RMA’s.
Terms and Conditions:
• All requests for RMAs must be made within
10 days of the ship date.
• Full refunds will be given in cases that
DeadlyDeal ships the incorrect product or the
carrier delivers a damaged box minus shipping
fees. All other RMAs carry a restocking fee of
15%.
• If the merchandise is not returned in
its original packaging including all accessories,
manuals and packaging materials there will be
a 15% restocking fee.
• If the product is media (i.e. software,
DVD’s, Music CD’s, etc...) and it
the seal is broken, we will not accept returns,
period! If you feel you have a valid exception,
please contact our RETURNS Department via email
listed below.
• RMA paperwork must be included with the
merchandise that you are returning, a copy of
the email is best. Please be sure to WRITE the
RMA number on outside of the box.
• Returns must reach our warehouse within
10 days of the date they are issued. ALL RMA’s
EXPIRE ON THE 10TH DAY IF THE MERCHANDISE HAS
NOT BEEN RECEIVED. Late returns may be refused
and sent back at our discretion.
• We recommend using a carrier that tracks
your delivery back to us.
• RMA’s will be processed and your
account credited within 14 business days of receipt,
some exception may apply.

What payment options do I have?
You can pay for your orders using VISA, MasterCard,
American Express, Discover, etc... In addition
we accept PayPal, and are PayPal Verified, therefore
checks are also accepted.
How is my order shipped?
Most orders will be shipped via USPS, this is
the best method to save our clients $$$! At times
we may use UPS and/or FEDEX.
Where do you ship product?
We currently only ship orders within the United
States and APO/FPO. Sorry, we cancel and refund
all international orders submitted on the site.
How can I track my order?
We are in BETA of assuring that all orders receive
an email with their tracking information. This
will allow you to check your order online via
the posted carrier. Please allow between 2 days
– 2 weeks to process all orders. Depending
on volume, and the nature of our business, some
orders may be processed faster than others.
